This page describes every piece of personal data Recruidos holds. If something is unclear, write to privacy@recruidos.eu.

What we store

If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address, the status of your subscription, the date you confirmed it, a random confirmation token, and the page you subscribed from. Nothing else. We do not store your name, employer or IP address, and we do not buy or enrich subscriber data.

Why we store it

To send you the newsletter you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box and confirming through the link we email you.

How long we keep it

Confirmed subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Addresses that never confirm are deleted after 30 days. Unsubscribed addresses are kept as a suppression record for 12 months so we do not email you again by accident, then deleted.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and email delivery providers process the data on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell, rent or share subscriber data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Write to privacy@recruidos.eu from the address in question and we will act within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
